Problem: Following error is encountered when the partition is set to
	 post-fit with preservation of placement and routing.

	 Error (170065): Cannot split carry or cascade chain crossing 11 logic
	 cells and starting on logic cell
	 "apg_top:apg_top|mar_control:marc|ctr_adr_str:ctas|ctrj_cout0[2]" into
	 legal LABs


Solution: This patch resolves the error.  


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
