Problem: 
	In designs targeting Arria II GX, Arria GX, Stratix II, 
	Stratix II GX, Stratix III, Stratix IV E, Stratix IV GX, 
	or Stratix IV GT devices, when you program the design security 
	key using an Encryption Key Programming (.ekp) file with 
	tamper protection mode enabled, the operation (programming of 
	key bits and the tamper protection bit) is performed correctly, 
	but the following false error messages are issued: 

	Error: Verification failed for device number <number>

	Error: Operation Failed



Solution: 
	This patch fixes above problem.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 
          software version 9.0 SP2 or must install the Quartus II 
          software version 9.0 SP2 before installing this patch. 
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and 
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
